Operations & Divisions

	Reefer Division: This division operates throughout the United States, transporting commodities that require protective service. It includes short, medium, and long-haul traffic lanes. Refrigerated trailers are 48' or 53'. Click here for equipment and pay details.
	Western Van Division: This is a long-haul, coast-to-coast division that operates throughout the United States, transporting general commodities in van equipment (both 48' and 53' trailers). Click here for equipment and pay details.
	Regional Dry Van Division: This division operates primarily within the eastern half of the United States, hauling general commodities in dry van equipment. It features both short- and medium-length-of-haul freight. Click here for equipment and pay details.

Reefer Division & Regional Dry Van Division	1995 or newer model Tandem-Axle Sleeper Must pass DOT and company inspections Stacks must be 13 feet minimum 5th wheel height cannot exceed 50 inches Fender or spot mirrors required	Percentage of Gross Revenue (per-mile fleet average .91-.93 all miles) 100% of loading and unloading collected on freight bill 100% of fuel surcharge collected on freight bill Stop-in-transit pay Base plate furnished

Driver Requirements

	23 years of age or older
	15 months OTR experience in last 3 years
	Safe driving record
	Stable work history
	Drug and alcohol screen and physical examination
	No DUI or felony charges
	No reckless driving charges
	Must have good MVR and CDL
	All references must be verifiable
